Eligibility for a Wholesale Account

To be eligible for a Cardoma wholesale account, you must operate a legitimate retail business with a physical store, an online store, or an established online presence and customer following.

Wholesale products are intended strictly for resale through your own approved retail business. Purchasing products for personal use or resale through unauthorized channels is not permitted.

All wholesale applicants are reviewed and vetted by Cardoma to verify that the business is legitimate and suitable for a wholesale relationship. Cardoma reserves the right to approve or decline any wholesale application at its discretion and may decline or cancel an order if it does not meet our wholesale requirements.

Invoices & Ordering

Cardoma offers invoice-based payment in USD for approved wholesale customers.

To place a wholesale order or request an invoice, please contact our customer support team.

By placing a wholesale order with Cardoma, retailers acknowledge and agree to these Wholesale Terms & Conditions.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Cardoma website are listed in US dollars (USD).

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers purchasing products for resale through their authorized business channels.

Promotional purchases, special orders, and high-volume orders may qualify for additional discounts at Cardoma's discretion. Please contact us to discuss available pricing.

Additional Discounts

Wholesale pricing already includes significant discounts and generally does not qualify for additional promotional discount codes.

Additional discounts may be offered for qualifying promotions or large-volume orders when specifically agreed upon by Cardoma.

Any wholesale order where an unauthorized discount code is applied may be canceled.

Payment Terms

All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment.

Orders will not be processed for fulfillment until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the retailer and are not included in the shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Free Shipping

Approved wholesale customers qualify for free shipping on products purchased through the Cardoma website, subject to applicable order and shipping conditions.

Order Fulfillment

Once payment has been received and confirmed, wholesale orders are generally processed and fulfilled within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise communicated by Cardoma.

Fulfillment times may vary for high-volume orders, special orders, or products temporarily awaiting inventory.

B2B & Bulk Orders

Cardoma welcomes bulk purchases from approved B2B customers, retailers, and other qualified wholesalers.

For large-volume orders, please contact our team to discuss product availability, pricing, and applicable terms.

Returns

If you need to return a wholesale order purchased through Cardoma, please contact our customer support team before sending any products back.

Returns must follow Cardoma's return procedures and may be subject to applicable eligibility requirements.

Do not ship a return without first receiving instructions from our support team.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products are inspected and quality checked before shipment.

Retailers should inspect their shipment immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Cardoma within 5 days of receiving the order.

When contacting us regarding a damaged or incorrect item, please provide your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging so that we can review the issue and provide the appropriate next steps.
